Hi, Everyone--
I'd like to make a non-dairy cheesecake. I have soy cream cheese, but soy ricotta I don't. Any recipes or ideas you have that could help me either make the cheesecake without ricotta or substitute in?
This is a new venture for me, so I'm kinda feeling my way....
