Has anyone used mystrollers.com?

Has anyone had problems with ordering from mystrollers.com? We ordered a stroller and have been repeatedly told it has shipped by mystrollers.com, but haven't received it. We're wondering if anyone has had a similar problem and are worried its a scam since they of course have charged our credit card...

I bought a car seat (Britax Boulevard) from them three weeks ago and had a good experience -- my order arrived in less than 48 hours after I placed it. Hopefully it's just some sort of shipping error and not something bigger. Good luck!
