According to posts on FW, the 64513146 code does still work for 30 percent off, but you have to clear your cookies and use IE (not Firefox). Maybe delete your cookies and try it again?

If not, here's one for 15 percent off -- 62784648. It should work in conjunction with the 20 percent cash back through paypal too.
