Where to get party supplies???

Looking for suggestions on where to get party supplies (cups, plates, ect) at a reasonable price. Checked out ebay and people are asking an arm and a leg for Mickey Mouse Clubhouse party stuff. I hate to buy things from websites I know nothing about so I figured I'd see what others could suggest.

I usually only order part of the supplies in the theme; then I get solid-colored items to coordinate.

I would check Wal-Mart or Target and see if they actually have what you want. They usually don't have what I want but this year DD is wanting a Disney Princess Party and they have the plates, etc. that she wants. They are SIGNIFICANTLY less than any party store or website I have seen. Like, $2 cheaper per pack. Target was a little more than Wal-Mart but only about .20.

Celebrate Express is the same as Birthday Express. I have always used b-day express for the few things we get and it's been great. Usually have sales, FAST shipping.
