The Market has completely crashed, so even though we did not want to have a rental.... we do. We have a (supposed) great property manager she seems good so far and no one else has had issues. We have a family with 5 kids :47: that want the place. I just want someone who pays the rent and doesn't completely trash the place (I mean with 5 kids that place won't be a showroom :ROTFLMAO: )
