Uppababy Vista for walking/jogging?

I'm just wondering how cushy those rubber-covered foam tires actually are? And how is the push? I'm trying to see one IRL, but they're not easy to find around here (Milwaukee, Wisconsin). I do a lot of fast walking and wondered out this stroller would be for that. Do you think I'll wish I had air tires? I like the idea of never getting a flat.
