Target Locater Link Not Working?

Or am I just a dummy? I tried to change out the B000 number, but it does not let me type over the number. Am I doing something wrong?

ETA: Obviously, I am a dummy since I can't spell "locator" correctly. It looks weird to me either way.

Here's what I do:
Click on the link so that it takes you to the site.
In the Address bar, highlight the portion of the URL you want to replace, then just type the new number.
