DS is now 4, preparing to start his second year at Montessori. Last year I was very disappointed in my inability to display his artwork and I am determined to do a better job!

I am seeking great, reasonably priced ways to display current projects (two-dimensional drawings and paintings, as well as many three-dimensional creations).

In addition, I hope someone can chime in with great ways to store these treasures that I want to preserve! I have heard that the Container Store has something; we don't have one nearby but I can obviously look online.

Any other suggestions?

Thank you!

I really like the Li'l Da Vinci frames....

They come in a couple of sizes. My sister has the larger size and if any work is smaller, she mounts it on black paper. It holds a lot (if you keep them in here) or would hold a dimensional piece.

As for long term storage, have you thought about scanning the pieces and making a shutterfly type book? Most children's art is not made from archival materials and unfortunately will not last the test the time. You could make the book and save just a few pieces stored out of the light, between buffered paper.

Less expensive options can be found using some of these as inspiration. HTH!
