I know I have some weight to lose, but I thought I was getting closer, about 5 lbs to go. I was wasting some time online and I came across body fat percentage calculators. You input age, weight, measurements. Wow, I knew my percentage was high, as this was also calculated by a trainer in a boot camp I did earlier in the year, but I wasn't aware of normal range. 25-31% is normal. I'm very high on the normal range, which means more lbs to loss and more muscle to gain. So, I'm not so close to my goal after all.

Well, I just made a ticker and here is mine...I knew mine would be on the high side as well, but I'm definitely working on it though!!!

Good Luck!

Yep, bit by bit we'll get it down lower. Once I got over the shock, I'm motivated to actually get the body fat percent in the low normal range. I've never done that before, and it would be nice for once to be strong and not so flabby.
