Toddler sheets + matching pillowcases

Does anyone still make crib sheets with matching pillowcases? I know pillows are suffocation hazards to infants, but DS is 16 months and loves his pillow. PBK used to sell some of their printed sheets with "small" pillowcases to match; I picked up some with sharks on them before DS was born (DH thought I was nuts). But now all I can find are plain old solids at PBK, or quilted decorative shams. It's weird, all of these crib sets come with matching comforters or blankets, but no pillowcases.

Company Kids makes a boudior pillowcase (12x16) to match their crib sheets. Only in plaids and solids though....

I think IKEA makes matching pillowcases for its toddler/crib quilt covers.

You could also get a plain pillowcase embroidered on the end with his name in colors that match your bedding set.
