Loud Dutailier Glider - any fixes?

I picked up a used Dutailier glider and ottoman from CL for pretty darn cheap, but the glider is loud and creaky. Are there any fixes to get it to stop creaking and glide smoothly again?

Try turning it over and applying a small amount of oil to all joints that move. I don't know if you can get to the ball-bearings, but those would also be good to lube.
