I know it depends upon the kid but how long do you think one could use it for?

My 6.5 y/o nephew slept on ours a couple weeks ago and said it was comfortable. He seemed to just barely fit. I don't know that we will use it that long for our DS, but it worked in a pinch.

It's good to 150 lbs. So, I'm guessing the kids will outgrow it by height first. Oh, and I've crawled in it with my son when he was 18 months old and it held me just fine (even though the combined weight was WAYYYY over 150)

My almost 5 year old DS sleeps comfortably on it when we travel, and he usually falls into the 90% percentile for height/weight. Heck, I pulled it out and slept on it a couple of times last year when my DD was having breathing issues and I wanted to be close to her. I slept curled up on my side or just let my legs hang off.
