I am looking at the Nursery Smart Taylor crib on babybeddingtown.com which I found via another post (thank you!). However, in searching in the forums here about ordering from this site there were horrible reviews but all were from 2004. I am hoping they have their act together now. Has anyone ordered from them recently and if so how was the shipping and customer service?

I have not ordered recently but ordered DD#1's set from them back in spring/summer 2004. Quality was superb, however it took a long time to ship out, I was happy that I had ordered so far in advance because it arrived right before she was born. When I emailed them questioning why it had not arrived I was told what I had ordered was a made as ordered type item and that was the cause for the delay. They always responded to my emails and communicated well just it took them a long time to deliver which btw they did not tell me it would take that long when I ordered.
