How to get ink out?

DC wrote on the backseat with an ink pen. How can I get that out safetly?
The seats are cloth not leather. Any suggestions please.

I have used rubbing alcohol to successfully get ink out of clothes.

most hairsprays will actually make it worse. that used to work because of the alcohol in hairspray but now most hairsprays have other ingredients added to it so it isn't recommended anymore.

Ditto alcohol, but just be aware that it will spread as you do it, so be ready to blot.
