Can you return online purchases to B & M stores?

I have returned BIG and small baby gear to Target stores. On the individual item, click the Additional Info tab and be sure it says:
"You may return this item to any Target store."
Before you return it, you'll have to log in and print a return receipt. It's easy to do. Neither the email nor your packing slip will work.
