Avoid Jogging Stroller Superstore!

I've had a really bad experience with www.jogging-stroller-superstore.com and its parent Mercantila. (Mercantila operates several websites.) In early July I placed an order for a Protect-a-Bub stroller sunshade and I still haven't received my item even after numerous phone calls, emails, etc with their horrible customer service who didn't seem to care at all. I've now put in a dispute with my credit card company as well as PayPal. Hopefully, I'll get my money back. I'm just glad I didn't order anything that costed more!

Avoid these guys like the plague!
