View Full Version : Is a high chair necessary for DC?

We didn't ship the old high chair when we moved here. Now, DD can sit on the normal dining chair. When she sits, her shoulder is about 3 inches above table level. What do you think? She is 27 wks and 39 inches.

27 months, right?

If your DD is comfortable sitting at the table in a regular chair, I don't really see that there is a problem. If she starts to complain, you could always find an inexpensive booster ...

But, don't you have a younger DD who will need something in a few months to sit up and start solids? I'd be inclined to get a FP Healthy Care Booster at least so you can use it now for DD1 and for DD2 when the time comes. Do you have something else you plan on using to feed DD2?
