My first post!

I recently ordered a Baby's Dream double dresser from babysdream.com (since it was on sale and a lot less than my local retailer). They send the item to a local retailer for me to pick up.

It's now a week later, and that particular double dresser is no longer on the website. I left a message with Baby's Dream yesterday to confirm that my order is still being processed/fulfilled. No response yet, and though it is still a few hours shy of 24 hours (which is the timeframe within which they'll respond), I thought I'd ask if anyone here has had positive/negative similar experience.

Any feedback on ordering directly from the Baby's Dream website? How long did your item take to arrive? How's their customer service?

Just wanted to add that I finally heard back from Baby's Dream - and they said the double dresser should be leaving their warehouse soon! I'm so excited! Glad it's turning out ok (so far), given the spotty customer service I've read about in the past.
