Restaurant suggestions for Ft.Wayne, IN or Toledo, OH areas!

My Dad lives in the Northwest corner of Ohio. The closest big
cities to him are Ft. Wayne, Indiana and Toledo, Ohio.

I'm looking for restaurant suggestions for these 2 areas. I would
like to buy him gift certificates to 4 different restaurants for his
Christmas present.

Please let me know if you have any restaurant suggestions!!
Also, I would prefer no restaurant chains.

I can offer some Fort Wayne suggestions:

Casa (http://www.casarestaurants.net/) - local restaurant with several locations, wonderful Italian food, casual
Chops Steak & Seafood (http://www.chopssteaksandseafood.com/) - slightly upscale, very good for steak especially
Cork & Cleaver (http://dinesite.com/info/rstrnt-11672/) - reservations required, somewhat upscale, variety of good menu items, huge salad bar

I would ask my mom what she would recommend, but she was raving about how fantastic the breakfast was at the Residence Inn we stayed at on vacation, so I'm not sure her taste buds are to be trusted. :p

Seriously, though, I'll ask her when I talk to her next.

What about Tony Packo's? Not a fancy place, but the food's good, and it's a landmark...

I emailed some high school friends still in the area and I got
some more restaurants to add to my list.

Biaggi's...in Ft.Wayne...it's a lesser known chain (it began here in my town) but doesn't really feel like a chain...and the food is awesome without being overpriced-esp. the lobster fettucine!
