Has anyone ever used Buy Owner to sell a house?

I used a For Sale By Owner company to sell my townhouse...and had a really good experience. I sold in just a few weeks... but that was in 2001 when the housing market was a lot quicker.

Dunno if I'd use them in this market on a house over $500K?

Depends on how quickly things are selling in your area.
