Double Strollers-BJCSD and Joovy Ultralight

Hi, Just had baby #2 and I am interested in getting two strollers for my newborn and just turned 4yo (who is a bit on the small side):

BJCSD - I have the single and love it, but it must be the 2007.5 or above with the 3 canopies vs. 2.
Joovy Ultralight -for everyday use

Does anyone know how or when to get these two strollers at a discount? They are just so expensive.

If anyone has either and is interested in selling, please let me know:)

We bought the Joovy UL Caboose in April when #2 was born. The best deal I found was from www.babycatalogue.com We wanted the camoflauge and got it for $239 including shipping and they don't charge sales tax. Funny, b/c all the other online stores, BRU, and others charged $30 more for that style b/c it was a limited edition.
