Two months ago, I bought a Timi & Leslie Backpack Diaper bag from www.mamabargains.com
It became my FAVORITE comfy diaper bag. Well, the shoulder straps started tearing off the bag at the top... I may have been overpacking it for Zoo/Aquarium trips. I tried calling Timi & Leslie, but their number is disconnected. So, I called MamaBargains. She was so nice! She told me that she had a few of the Football design shoulder bags left (no backpacks unfortunately). And she is sending me one as a replacement. Hopefully, I'll love it as much as I loved my backpack.
I guess I didn't expect any help since their site said no returns. So, that's why I was so pleasantly surprised with such a warm response. I am now a lot more likely to shop there again. Those strollers are calling my name...
