Personalized name stickers?

I'm looking for recommendations on websites to make some personalized name stickers for my 5 yr old ds. His name is unique enough that we can't find them in stores. If possible I'm looking for a few different designs per page (ie cars or space, etc...). These won't be using for labeling per se, just to play with and to add to his sticker collection. He is very jealous of his younger brother's name stickers :)

I checked out vistaprint, but nothing jumped out at me.

Any suggestions?

They are small, cute (as long as you like their selection of mostly branded characters) and last really well- through the dishwasher, etc.

They are smaller than the other personalized stickers I've seen, but I actually like that.

I've ordered from them a few times after seeing my nephew's stickers. They used to be an ebay store (had good ratings) and it looks like they started their own website and stopped selling on ebay.

The last time I ordered was about a year ago when they first started their website. At that time shipping said it would be "2-4 weeks to ship" and they literally shipped it out at 4 weeks! Just when I was starting to think negative thoughts, I got the stickers and were very happy with them. I checked their website tonight and it says "5-7 days to ship" so sounds like they got there shipping under control now.
