Best off site WDW area hotel

If we stay outside the MK,what is the best value priced,clean,safe hotel w/free or lowcost shuttles?

Not sure, but I have heard the off site hotel shuttles are long rides and inconvenient. We rent a car when we stay off site.

You really, really need to rent a car if you stay offsite.
