Hi, I signed up today as well. I have the free shipping code, but when I tried to check out, it wouldn't work? Has anyone else had this issue? Perhaps TRU/BRU has not updated my rewards card number yet. If no one else is having problems, then I'll try calling customer service. Thanks!

OK...I must be doing something wrong. I enrolled online, and after it asked me if I wanted to "edit" or "enroll now", I chose "enroll now". It took me to a page that says, "Member Area". I tried to log in, but it just keeps bringing me back to that same page.

Your code expires in a month, in November! I first thought I got the same one day code, but I reread my email and realized the 11th month is November. LOL!!

FYI: looks like if you still have your receipt you can get credit for prior purchases - look at the top menu when you are on "your homepage"
