Anyone watch Super Nanny... Water Works System?

I really like the water works system used in the Super Nanny episode shown tonight. Anyone know how you would make something like that?

DD *loves* water and I think the system would be really motivational for her.

Haven't given any thought to how to make it but as I was washing dishes this morning I was thinking about it again! I only caught bits and pieces of the episode last night, but I thought that was a pretty neat system. Not like anything I'd ever seen before. My only issue with had to do with where to keep it and how to keep it from being a wet mess. Knowing my younger DD, it would go from water works to waterfall and then water flood very quickly unless it was out of reach.
