Does anyone know if/how you can change the color of glass shades for a light fixture?

You can go to Lowes and buy different colored shades if that's what you mean.

Gosh, I was terribly vague. Sorry, I meant can you spray paint them or something?

Maybe check hobby lobby or michaels and see if there is a paint for glass. My sister and her DD did 'paintings' on the glass panels on each side of the front door, but I don't know if that stuff was ok around heat.
