SCORE!! At my local consignment store.

I found 2 pairs of trumpett socks for dd2 for 25 CENTS a pair. I really wanted to buy her some but just couldn't bring myself to pay so much for them. I got her a yellow and a pink pair of the mary jane socks. Dh has no clue why I'm so excited about socks. . but I knew you guys would understand.

ETA: You brought to mind my recent score. :) Last year I found NIB black Merrell Mocs for DS for $5.50. They were great but I couldn't bring myself to pay $30 for them for this year(I already had 2 pairs of shoes for him).

I went to my consignment store and happened upon a pair of the same shoes in this year's size for $12.99 and I had enough credit to get them and get cash back. I am so excited!

YES! I love deals like that. Nothing like a great sale to perk you right up. I happened to get a JJB bag the other day at our consignment store for $10- I was in heaven!!

I totally understand your excitement! The other day I bought a Kettler trike at my local kids consignment store for $25. The one that's got the push bar, brakes, and seatbelt. I looked it up online and it goes for $180! Needless to say I will probably be frequenting that store more often! BTW, my dh wouldn't understand the high you get from finding deals like that, either.
