I'm guessing that many people have stopped taking multi-vitamins all together. I can't bring myself to stop. It is probably all in my head, but I just feel like I'm not getting something I need if I don't take one. I also would like to give one to ds1.

Does anyone have one they like that is low in lead or lead free? I tried to do some research, found this list of the lowest and highest, but I do not recognize many of the brands, and the ones that I recognize I'm not thrilled about (Flintstones).
