Need Help Ordering Prints With Borders

Do you have a favorite website where you can order prints and add a border with a theme (i.e. Fall)? We are having a Fall Festival at DD's school/daycare. One of the Moms is taking photos of each class and I am likely going to be responsible for ordering them. We are making them available for parents to purchase as a fundraiser. I would like to order 5x7 prints and add a nice border.

I like the prices at Winkflash, but from what I can tell, there are no seasonal borders. I found some at Snapfish - prints are .79 each.

Any other favorites with good pricing?

Also, how much would you be willing to pay for a 5x7 print of your DC's class with the kids all dressed in costumes?

I'm not sure of the price, but I know shutterfly does the borders. And for the pic- maybe $10ish?
