No Diva Cup b/c of IUD- any other products to consider?

I'm looking for an alternative to tampons that is compatible with an IUD and thought someone here might have some ideas I am overlooking. I was all excited to give the Diva Cup a try but I read the FAQs on their site and they say it's not advised in my case.

I used to use the Instead cup before i got my Diva. Instead is more diaphram shaped, much "flatter" than the Diva. it's hard to explain! maybe you can see a pic on their site.

it's been a while since i used it, but you used to be able to buy it at target. like 12 for $10 or something...?
