This time of year use to be my favorite time of the year. I LOVE to sleep. Now that we have kids, it has become the worst week of the year for me. My kids are too young to tell time, so just setting the clocks back isn't enough for them. In the past when we have kept them up later than their bedtime, they still get up at their usual time. Any suggestions to help them sleep in and reset their internal clocks? TIA

I don't have an answer but I hope someone does.....last year I think I tried to adjust by 15 a day but too late for that I guess....keeping mine up late will be ok, but they won't sleep a moment later.....which is sooooo sad!

I haven't found anything that works yet. It probably takes about three weeks until they seem to get adjusted. I try to put them to sleep a little closer to the "real" time each day and eventually it seems to work itself out until the next time change. I hate this time of year now!
