FWIW, I just updated on the thread about Bush and last minute deregulation as well, but one thing mentioned on the Diane Rehm show was that unfortunately FMLA may be changed by Bush's last minute regulation changes before leaving office. I haven't listened to the whole thing yet, but that was one point raised and I thought it might be of interest.
