dd saw this very cute wooden baby doll care center at target that has a bathtub, changing table and storage. she really likes it, but it is $99. does anyone have any suggestions for a cheaper alternative. i don't want to spend that much and then see it not get played with once we get it home.
thanks!

I saw something similar at Costco, but I'm not sure how the prices compare.

Just so you know I saw the exact same doll center at Leaps and Bounds for 139 plus shipping. I actually think its a pretty good deal considering what you get, and for how sturdy it is. You could spend less but the quality might not be as good.

sadly, the Fisher Price Little MOmmy Baby Care center i got my dd is not available anymore. here's a link so you can see and be on the lookout at garage sales, consignment stores, etc:

i found it at Tuesday Morning, so places like that might be worth a look. It's been great--got it when DD turned 2 and she just turned 5 and still plays with it almost daily.

What about these?

There's a gorgeous one at NovaNatural for $200. I wonder if you could find someone handy to make you something like that, or modify a piece of furniture to make a changing table setup?

That one at Target seems to be a good deal. I saw it IRL.

DD has the Bagder Basket Crib Combo I picked up at Costco a couple years ago. FABULOUS! Fits Bitty Baby/Twins nicely. One Step Ahead has the exclusive cherry collection.

If you are open to plastic, I just saw a baby care center thing in the Toys To Grow On catalog.

If you can find one of these, they are great! I saw one not too long ago at either Marshalls, TJ Maxx or Tuesday Morning, but I can't remember which.
