Great photos - you might want to have a box of tissues handy! I love the ones of the girls with "Uncle Joe" Biden and with their dad.

I saw these yesterday. I really think they show what a great man he is, particularly in his humility at the moment of victory and afterwards when watching McCain's speech.

I really liked those photos. Thanks for posting!

I thought it was interesting that there was no celebratory toasting (maybe it was later). If was elected President, I would be face down in a bottle of Dom, LOL. Hmmm, wait a minute, maybe that's why I won't ever be elected Prez....

Thanks for sharing. My favorite was the fist pump from his daughter.

Thanks for that. My teary moment was seeing him on the couch holding hands with his mother-in-law. (I assume that's who it was?)

I don't know about Obama, but I think due to alcoholism in his family, Biden never drinks a drop.

Let's just assume they uncorked the champagne after his speech and the photo set, LOL.

And frankly, as soon as he had won Ohio and Virginia, I was ready to uncork our champagne.

Yes, that's Marian Robinson, Michelle's mom, who is the main caretaker for the girls when their parents are on the road (which must be an awful lot!). I was reading in yesterday's NYT that she will almost certainly move to DC with them, whether into the White House or her own place, given her central role in her grandkids' life. I think Michelle's dad is no longer alive. Sounds like a nice grandma!
