Fisher Price Cradle Swing lists or tilts to one side

I bought a FP Cradle Swing (butterfly sparkle papsan swing) used. It is one or two versions old. has butterflies and netting and a "light show". It looks to be in great condition. But, we have discovered it totally lists to one side. I don't mean just a little, I mean ALOT.

I think it has something to do with the mechanism at the top that enables it to be repositioned from front facing to side to side swinging, but I can't seem to see how to fix it.

It tilts so much that dd slips to one side and I am totally afraid to even turn my back to her, let alone leave the room for fear it will break or tip or she will fall out (though I do use the harness strap).

Anyone else ever see this? Ideas how to fix?

I'd send a picture to their customer service and ask them what can be done. Sounds a bit scary.
