I just got a phone call from One Step Ahead regarding a less than favorable review I wrote for one of their products. The CSR was incredibly gracious and was just following up with my concerns. She explained their return policy to me in depth and even told me the way to make the return work in my favor. She then is sending me out a $5 gift certificate for future shopping.
I was pretty impressed. My review was not bad at all, just expressed my uncertainty about keeping the booster seat.
So, far all of my interactions with this company have been positive, and this most recent one was just as positive.
