naartjie sizing for friends and family

I want to order but an unsure of what size to get
Don't they run about a size big?
My
DD is 15 mon and seems a tiny bit petite

Hard to say..I would order the size they normally wear but not up. My daughter is tall and her size (5) fits her well..my son is on the average side and his things are a bit roomy. I don't find them very generous like Lands End but comfortable..hope that helps a bit.
