Where to find buckle replacement for Inglesina Swift?

I've got an inglesina swift that's a few years old but still in great shape. Just yesterday one of the buckles in the safety/restraint harness snapped off. There are 2 buckles that snap into the center. Does that make sense? Most high chairs and strollers, carseats, etc have these. I've searched around the internet but can't seem to find anywhere to buy a replacement buckle. Anyone have any ideas? I bought the stroller used about a year ago so I don't have any warranty info although I may try and contact inglesina.
