Anyone have this Build Your Own City set?

I'm thinking this is what DS1 would enjoy. I've considerd Darda, Hot Wheels, AI race sets, etc. But, he likes to build train layouts and he likes to play with the cars, so I think he'd like this more than the race tracks. It says ages 4-12. He's 4.5.

We don't have this, but the couple of things I have bought from this catalog seemed junky to me. The quality was not good and plastic broke fairly quickly. I've made a mental note to not purchase from them again.

Maybe you could find something similar from another store/catalog?
