Ours doesn't fit in our oven either. Doesn't bother DS. He just uses the cookie sheet as a tray when he takes them out of the oven.

I think I will keep them. i may try to find a baking set with smaller pieces and use that tray.

Bed Bath and Beyond sells replacement trays for toaster ovens. I found one to fit our oven there when I made some felt cookies for DD.

I am glad the OP asked! I asked a few days ago and never got a response. I got the Plan Toys kitchen, and it won't fit in mine either. After I got the kitchen and saw how small it was I thought that might be the case....A toaster oven tray should, i will have to get the dimensions on those. If you found a kitchen you like, stick with it. I think a lot of kitchens are too small for the baking sheet. I wish M&D thought of that...
