We have a doll double stroller that was a hand me down and I'm darn sick of it! That being said I've convinced DH that we need a new one. I really like this one at PBK.

$69 plus shipping is going to blow his mind. How do I justify or is there ever any codes or deals.

Maybe you have another favorite. I like the idea of the little basket
underneath or maybe one that converts to a doll stroller. I love the ones at FAO schwartz and have to order something there also.

What would you do?????
Thanks
Jill

I think the PBK ones are adorable and push really nicely, but there have been some mixed reviews about how well they hold up...and for that price, it could be a problem if it doesn't last, kwim?

I posted some questions about doll strollers a month or two back. Some suggestions were the Maclaren doll stroller, the Chicco doll stroller, and the cheapy $10 one from Build a Bear (I think this one is smaller/lighter, so some people said it is nice for younger kids...like toddlers/2 year olds).

There's also the more expensive wooden options like Haba, etc. Expensive, but you don't have the issue of fabric ripping, etc.

Both my girls are asking for doll prams this year ("bed cars"). I have seen them for about $35 on line at TRUS and Target (and maybe Amazon). I don't remember brands. I am desperately searching for a cheaper option too! I won't be spending the PBK money, but then, I have to buy 2...

eta: some of the TRUs ones are actually like a bassinet that you set in to make a pram, and then take it off and it becomes an umbrella stroller. I am not entirely sure how it works, but I will probably go with one of those.

Yes, the PBK doesnt hold up! :(

Is this the one you have? I'm surprised by the reviews.

Can I ask why you are suprised by the reviews of the first link. Surprised good or bad? It has a great rating but maybe you know otherwise. I'm still strumming my fingers on the table!

My IRL friends have the Graco for their kids and it seems to hold up consideribly well. Their baby strollers dont lol... ;P

Fao is having 20% off everything until tomorrow. Anyone liking any of the carriages over there? I'm so stressed (and DD probably won't play with it) over what to get. I'd like to get the one at FAO but like the Graco double at Amazon.

Please make my decision, I only have until tomorrow for FAO.

Thanks
Jill

The links are at the top right of the page. Free shipping or 20% off.

What do you think is better the pram or the double back and front stroller.

I think I'm going to bite the bullet and get the FAO one. Got DH to agree even though he hasn't a clue what I'm talking about, lol. It is always good to discuss these things after dinner while he is falling asleep in the chair!
