Any tips/hints on an iTouch?

I got DH an iTouch for his bday. DH is not technical so I will be setting it up etc. Anyone have any tips? Must have accessories etc?

My DH is in love with his. He uses Rememberthemilk.com for his to-do lists, and he plays some games - I wanna say Risk, chess.com, not sure what else. He doesn't use any accessories really, but he's always caught standing around playing with it instead of pouring milks for the kids, putting on their jackets, etc. I have to remind him of these things at times.

I don't have an iTouch - but if I did - I'd be buying an Otterbox (http://www.otterbox.com/ipod-cases/) for it.
