View Full Version : Received defective bag from Goldenbleu

I ordered a "huge" purse (Caldwell) from the Goldenbleu website (shop.goldenbleu.com) so that I could use it primarily as a purse. SInce it has three main compartments, I thought I could use one as my purse, one for ipes/wipes and another for snacks. It arrived today and the bag is defective! The pieces are only half attached and there is exposed (dangerous to have around kids) hardware!!

I am now going through the return process, which is not easy. I think they need to pay for shipping both ways since they sent me a defective bag. Do you agree?
