Colgate Classica I or II?

So I know the Classica I is the most preferred model in Baby Bargains, but some reviews mention that it's too hard. I know that's ok for newborns, but the Classica II is slightly less firm - does that mean it will last longer in terms of being ok for a toddler, or will I still be investing in a different mattress at that point (our crib is the convertible kind)? Thanks for any input you have!

i just saw a colgate mattress today that's classica I foam on one side and memory foam on the other side....serving dual purposes. I think its the Visco Classica.
