View Full Version : Weight loss/get fit goals for December!

Goals:
-loose remaining 2.5 lbs
-work out hard 3 days a week and do push up challenge on other days
-cut out sugar in my hot tea :)

Thank heavens the candy cane oreos that I bought this week have corn starch in them and make me sick so I won't be eating them.. :) They were tasty though!

I'd like to set a reward for meeting my goal this month-must think about it. I had good luck with that before.

Goals:

-lose 2lbs
-walk more
-soda only at the holiday parties and not at home (except Christmas Eve/Day)
-more veggies
-cut out pop-tarts for breakfast :cry: (I have one box left...so once they are gone).


This list sounds lame but I am sick right now as is dd and we had a heck of a night....I may revise this when I feel better!

I'm down 1.5 lbs, so 1 lb to go and I'm done!!!!!!!!!!!!! I think I can do this. OK, I know I can do this!

ugh. depression drove me to McDonalds last night. Well, I drove myself, but depression made me want to go.

Fatigue drove me to soda at 8:00 am this a.m. DD needs to sleep or I am going to be driven to drink!..........caffeine, that is.....

huge hugs to you. Hang in there, your baby is still so little, don't worry about the weight too much right now. You gotta do what you gotta do. Hang in there!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
