We were out of town for Thanksgiving, had a great time with friends but only one "turkey" meal. We really enjoy holiday leftovers and I couldn't stand the idea of not having at least one turkey sandwich, so since DH is off work this week I thought I'd do a big meal for us with plenty of leftovers.
I didn't buy the turkey ahead so I am thawing it in a sink of cool water. He's a 20lb-er....will he be ready to cook by 2 or so tomorrow for dinner tomorrow night?
