I ordered my holiday cards here- received 20 less envelopes than cards!! Sent a customer service request, which said I would receive a response in 24 hours. no response! Called twice- both times, was on hold for over 15 minutes waiting for someone to talk to, both times, reached a call center in India, where they said they would send an email to Production which would get back to me in 72 hours- excuse me?? YOU mess up my order but I am expected to wait 72 hours before anyone can even start to fix the problem?

I did get an email back from my first email after 4 days, saying they would send the envelopes. Holiday cards are time sensitive- I didn't ask for reprints or something that would require effort, i just needed 20 plain envelopes! Ridiculous!

I've been shorted envelopes (usually just a few), several times from Snapfish or shutterfly. They usually send them out though. I would try calling again.
