Ok, it does indeed come out of the carrier. Silly reviewer couldn't do it, I guess, but there is a video on Amazon showing her out of the carrier. This definitely looks cute for the price!

I just ordered this doll after seeing the price on Slickdeals. I almost did not order when I saw the reviewer said it did not come out of the carrier. I was relieved to find out it could in fact come out. My girls both wanted this doll so I was happy to find it at such a low price.
