Looking for a sweater with Labs on it...

So my wife made me clean out my side of the clothes closet for Goodwill and my beloved 3 Labs sweater narrowly escaped her wrath.

It's old and it's my favorite sweather - it's just a beige cotton sweater with some various browns around the neck, cuffs and waist that I wear over a brown turtleneck. It has a big embroidered/patch thing of a Black, Yellow and Chocolate Labrador retriever on it.

She says it's looking worn and I need to get rid of it - but I can't!

I've tried googling and can't find anything similar for the life of me. I've checked with Orvis, Ducks Unlimited, LL Bean, Lands End, Cabelas and few others and just can't seem to find anything similar. Anyone have any suggestions before my old one ends up "missing"? :)

Try Kohls. I seem to remember seeing that sweater at Kohls before (or perhaps it was in a sweatshirt form). Or even Sears or Penneys.

You've certainly tried all the places I would look. LLBean does animals on sweaters for kids, but I haven't seen any for adults recently. I would add that JCrew does pants with "critters" on them - usually cords or chinos - a variety of animals, but almost always dogs. Would you be OK with having the dogs on pants rather than a sweater? Maybe you could get her to at least let you keep the sweater for sentimental purposes if you promised not to wear it?

What about an official Labrador Retriever organization--Field Dog Stud Book? (or AKC)? How about Field and Stream magazine?--you never know what advertisers they have linked. Guidedogs website? They use labs. I am shocked that Orvis does not have this--who would have thunk!! Or Plow and Hearth?

Go to a dog show. They ALWAYS have tons of that sort of breed-specific stuff.

You should keep your eye on Ebay. . . you may find that someone else had that sweater but never wore it (not a sweater person, etc).

Do you know who made the sweater?
